Disney announced today that the new season of Phineas and Ferb will premiere on Thursday, June 5th at 8 P.M. PDT/EDT on Disney Channel and Disney XD with two episodes, and the first episode will be available the same day on Disney Channel’s YouTube. The first 10 episodes of the season will premiere on Disney+ in the U.S. and select international markets the next day, with additional markets to follow later this year. The episodes will also be available to stream on Disney Channel on Demand. A special sneak peek will debut on Monday, May 26th at 11:35 A.M. EDT/PDT on Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Channel’s YouTube.

Disney released a trailer and key art as part of today’s announcement. In the new season, Phineas, Ferb, and their friends will tackle another 104 days of seemingly endless summer and are set for new adventures. The boys will break several world records, Candace will take her driver’s license test, and Perry will finally make a trip to the vet.

The return of Phineas and Ferb marks a major summer event for Disney, supported by a slate of exciting multiplatform content and merchandise throughout the year, including original animated shorts, music releases, and collectibles.

Highlights include the following:

NEW ANIMATED SHORTS
New short form series will begin rolling out this summer on Disney Channel, Disney+ and other Disney-owned YouTube channels.

• Cartoonified with Phineas and Ferb gets a fresh twist as the duo interviews real life celebrities reimagined and drawn in the style of the series. This is similar to a short form series that aired during the original seasons titled Take Two with Phineas and Ferb, however, the celebrities remained live action for that.
• Agent P, Under C follows Perry the Platypus as his alter ego Agent P as he takes on a new undercover mission to stop animal enemies from rival spy organization A.N.A.T.H.E.M.A. (the Alliance of Nefarious Animals That Has an Exceptionally Memorable Acronym).
• Additional new episodes from the short form series How Not to Draw and Theme Song Takeover featuring Phineas, Ferb, and more.

NEW PRODUCTS
Fans can look forward to new collectibles, comics, apparel and more. Select items are available now, with additional releases coming soon.

• The first ever Funko Pop! line inspired by the series.
• This June, Marvel Comics will feature characters from the show in a new set of Variant Covers for issues of Avengers, Fantastic Four and X-Men, with original artwork from series co-creator and executive producer Dan Povenmire and Eisner nominated cartoonist Jacob Chabot. Phineas and Ferb characters previously appeared with Marvel characters in the crossover event from season 4, Mission Marvel.
• Phineas and Ferb: Classic Comics Collection, Volume 3 includes more of the duo’s comic adventures in the original release order, with many never collected in a trade paperback before (available now).

NEW MUSIC
Celebrated for its songs, the new season returns with a new LOFI album and soundtrack. The album Lofi: Phineas and Ferb will be released on May 9th and will feature 10 songs from the original series reimagined in a relaxing lo-fi style. The original soundtrack, including 13 songs, will be available on June 6th on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and other digital platforms.
